Everything just works as it should. I’m really happy. Maintenance shows up the same day you post the work orders, or the next day. It’s peaceful and quiet.

Such a great place to live. Maintenance and office staff are amazing. Sheron & Jose are quick to respond and they both work very hard. Great school zone as well for the kids.

I love living here! Super convenient to shops, restaurants, and work. Staff is friendly and efficient. Amenities are also great! Can’t wait for the pool to open back up when it’s warm.

This is the third year we live here. We love this community! We find it affordable, peaceful, and enjoyable. The leasing office is professional and thoughtful. We also enjoy the many kind, friendly and hardworking neighbors.

Good place with huge playground and play areas for kids. Large swimming pool and good school zones. Would recommend for people who want to stay in quiet with beautiful backyard space.

I love Pinehurst on Providence I have been here over a year great experience so far. Rebecca and Hailey are the best and are very supportive and the maintenance team is always willing to assist when needed

The neighborhood is friendly, peaceful and its also close to are jobs and school the townhome is also fantastic my next door neighbor welcomed me with open arms the moment he seen me overall experience was great

I have only been living in these apartments for a month, but I couldn’t be happier. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance team was prompt and helpful when I dealt with them. Overall a great place to live!

Pinehurst on Providence has been our own little piece of paradise after moving from a very chaotic complex! The staff, the location, the amenities, the quiet, the trees/ wildlife. We love it so much and cannot say enough good things!

We are so happy to have found a community that is so close to many attractions of Charlotte - close restaurants, shopping, parks, essential stores, you name it! This location is in a beautiful part of town and you can’t beat the price of rent. This is my first time having a community pool, and it could not be better! The staff is so friendly and it feels extremely safe and secluded. 10/10 recommend living here!

Pinehurst on Providence is a quite safe community with lots near by. There are a host of dinning options near by and also a grocery store and gas station. Its minutes from South Park Mall, The Arboretum, and Uptown. You can't beat the location or the amenities. They provide weekly workout classes at their sister property located next door and there is a 24 hour gym. The pool is the largest I have seen in Charlotte.

Office staff are so nice. Always trying to find new ways to bring the community together. Fun events and yummy snack nights. Great location there is everything you would need within five minutes each way!
